"I
am very pleased to see the introduction of B’s Blueberry Crisps to the
marketplace of all-natural products for our canine companions.
Researchers
have reported that a blueberry-enriched diet may improve cognitive
function in older dogs. Blueberries
are rich in natural antioxidants that play an important role in
preventing or slowing a buildup of oxidative damage in brain aging. In fact,
studies have demonstrated that older dogs that consume blueberries and other
antioxidants over several years are more able to perform tasks, and learn new
ones, than old dogs fed a standard diet.
So
I encourage the addition of B’s Blueberry Crisps and other fruits and
vegetables rich in antioxidants in the diets of older dogs."
